कहीं कपड़ों को सुखाती ..तो कहीं पसीने में तर कर जाती है धूप

कहीं ज़मीनों में दरारें खुरेद्ती ..

तो कहीं खुशहाल पापड़ और वड़ीयान सुखाती ये धूप

बेशुमार धूप ..

कहीं कोमल पत्ते पर सरकती ओस की बूँद में मुस्काती ..

तो कहीं काया को झुलसाती ये धूप

कहीं गुनगुनी सी ..बस हलकी सी गर्म ..अलसाती धूप

तो कहीं छाँव को तरसाती चिलचिलाती धुप ..

पर देखें तो ये धूप है क्या ..

बस किसी के होने का एहसास ..

सूर्य .. आदित्य ..इसका स्रोत

इस सब से ऊपर..इस सब से परे ..

जो बस है..

या वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि में देखें..तो होता जा रहा है..

धूप के खिलवाड़ से बेखबर ..

इसे न धूप से ऊब ..और नाही इसकी मालकियत की हूक

वो तो बस है..

I play with MOMENTS here. I skip the few that I dint like. I repeat a few, that I loved.

I add MUSIC to some. I SILENT some that were cacophonous.

I go back in time..to say CUT – where I couldn’t do so in real life.

I add subtitles or narrations to the moments..which cud be MISUNDERSTOOD owise.

And I ANIMATE some And yes..I often get an applause for the MASTERPIECE that I end up creating.

REEL LIFE ! Wish I have this MAJESTIC existence.. in REAL LIFE as well.

In 2012, corporates will invest in employee training and leadership development, says Vandana Ramnani

People are returning to work after the extended New Year break, literally bursting with new ideas and resolutions. However, with the global economic scenario looking gloomy, organisations are planning to focus strictly on employee and leadership development, with rewards reserved for the most deserving.
“No doubt I’d like more perks and incentives…I’d like it if the management can proactively find and devise novel ways to compensate, beyond the typical monetary perks and incentives.
Beyond the actual hands-on technicalities, one appreciates a work-culture that nurtures healthy collaboration and opportunities to showcase creativity,“ says Aditya Pathak, advisory data engineer, Pitney Bowes Software, India.

Pitney Bowes Software India will be sensitive to its employees’ need to preserve their identity, have more room for development, and work in a creative and innovative environment.

“We expect to differentiate through right mentorship programmes, leadership coaching and working on developing domain expertise through the right person-organisation and person-job fitment exercises,“ says Manish Choudhary, MD of the company.

Vodafone will assist its employees’ personal growth through eleadership programmes.

HR experts predict that companies this year will invest more in select areas such as leadership development as leaders will need to manage uncertainty, complexities and drive innovation. This, says Kartik Varma, managing consultant, PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt Ltd, will include greater investments in training to keep employees relevant, greater exposure to global assignments of strategic nature, or role expansion.

As far as the rewards strategy is concerned, experts say that if there are changes in the economic scenario after the first quarter, companies might go into contraction mode. The companies will increasingly shift to paying for key talent, adds Varma.

P Thiruvengadam, senior director human capital advisory services, Deloitte in India, however, prefers to be positive.
One should not assume that the economy is slowing down, he says.
The major HR trend this year will be the emphasis on leadership development and building an internal talent pipeline.

कुछ तो है वो बात ..
जो आज तक हम कह नहीं पाए हैं ..

हूक है कुछ कहने की ..

जैसे एक बहाव हो , गति हो , पर जल नहीं ..
मौजें तो हों पर सागर नहीं ..
झंकार तो हो ..पर स्वर नहीं ..

कितने ही संगीतज्ञों ने सदियों से करोड़ों गीत गुनगुनाए हैं ..
और आज भी गा रहे हैं …
मानो रह गया हो आजतक वो एक गीत अनकहा ..

शिल्पकारों ने तराशे हैं पर्वत भी …
और चित्रकारों ने भी किये हैं प्रयास कई ..
पर जैसे एक छवि रह गयी है मनन में …
और सभी हैं आशान्वित के उतार ही लेंगे शायद आज canvas पे ..

लिखी जाती हैं कितनी ही कविताएँ ..
रवि न पहुचे जहां …वहाँ भी कवियों के मन पहुच जाएं ..
पर न जाने क्या है कहना ..
के कह दें और थामे ज़रा ये मन का बहना ..

I introspected a bit ..spoke to myself…penned the thoughts and it became little poetic..little dialogue-like.

Shared the same with a few close-associates who would relate with it , I feel. Then I thought there may be more such folks..so sharing it here

And ya.. its little eccentric … starts at something…moves to something else..and ends I dunno where..
..but having said that.. maen paagal nahi hun u know it

मैं प्रेम करता हूँ तुमसे ..
यह कहने जैसा होता है कभी कभी ..
पर कुछ है जो रोक लेता है भावों को शब्द बनने से पहले ही

झिझक नहीं है कोई , न कोई डर
और हो भी क्यों और किस से ?
तुम से ? नहीं पूरा प्रेम हूँ .. झिझक की जगह नहीं
ज़माने से ? स्वप्न -सुंदरी हो या डरावना एक सपना .. ये ज़माना है तो सपना ही ..
फिर क्यूँ रुक जाता हूँ मैं ..

सोचा एक दिन विश्लेषण करूँ ज़रा
“मैं प्रेम करता हूँ तुमसे “
या कहिये .. “मैं क्रोध करता हूँ उस पे “
या .. “मैं इर्श्या करता हूँ उन सब से “
मैं .. वो .. और कुछ क्रिया -वाचक शब्दों का समूह …
बस यही तो है वो वाक्य जो कहना है ..
पर जाने क्या होता है .. मैं पर ही ठिठक जाता हूँ ..

मैं .. कौन ?
जो कुछ वर्षों पहले बिखरा था हवाओं में , फूल , फल , पत्तियों में ..
फिर शायद कई शरीरों से होता हुआ दो मनुष्यों के शरीरों में ..
और आज अपने ऊपर एक अपना शारीर पहने ..

मैं ..एक इंजिनियर .. एक कलाकार ..मैं कौन ?

मैं .. जो पूरी कोशिश कर सबसे आगे निकलना चाहता हूँ ..
या शायद औरों को पीछे करना ?

या मैं .. जो शायद कुछ और ही नए आयाम सीख ..
“सर्वाण आत्मवत पश्य ” (=सबको अपने जैसा देखो ) जीवन में उतारना चाहता हूँ ?

मैं .. जो बस निष्काम प्रेम से भर जाता हूँ तुम्हारे होने मात्र से ..
या मैं .. जिसे बस तुम्हारी ‘हाँ’ सुन नी है .. तुम्हें चाहे टूटना , झुकना , लूटना ही पड़े !!

या मैं …जो सर से पाँव तक प्यार ही प्यार हूँ ..
पर फिर भी उस “हाँ ” के बाद .. उस टूटे , झुके और लुटे हुए “तुम ” से ..
उस पुराने स्वच्छंद “तुम ” सा होने की उम्मीद रखता हूँ !

बस एक ‘मैं ‘ शब्द भी नहीं बोला अभी तो भाई ,
और इतना विरोधाभास खुद में ही .

अब आएं “प्रेम करता हूँ ” पर ..
या फिर “क्रोध करता हूँ ” .. “इर्श्या करता हूँ “.. कुछ भी मान लीजिये
प्रेम , क्रोध , इर्श्या ..ये सब तो भाव हैं न ? या क्रियाएं हैं ?
अब इन्हें किया कैसे जाए ? ये तो बस उठते हैं कहीं भीतर ..
और जितने उठते हैं ..उतना ही मैं घुलता जाता हूँ ..
चरम सीमा पर बस भाव रह जाता है ..मैं बिलकुल नहीं ..
या कहिये “मैं प्रेम हो गया हूँ “..
पर प्रेम “करता ” हूँ ..ये कैसे हो ?? कैसे कर डालूं ??
क्या आप “ख़ुशी ” कर सकते हैं ? दुःख कर सकते हैं ?
खुश या दुखी हो सकते हैं न !!

चलिए ..अब कहते हैं “मैं प्रेम हूँ “.. फिर ?? तो क्या ??
ये कोई सवाल या प्रस्ताव तो नहीं है ..के किसीके जवाब का इंतज़ार हो !
हूँ तो हूँ .. और पूरा हूँ .. अब इसे कहने चलूँगा तो बोलने का कृत्य करना होगा …
चित्त में थोड़ी जगह बनानी होगी ..थोडा प्रेम हटाकर कर्तापन लाना होगा ..
ये तो गड़बड़ है .. प्रेम से भरा हुआ भी होना है .. और इसे कहना भी है ? ये तो न हो पाएगा एक साथ !!

कुछ अजीब विचार लगते हैं ना !!
अब इंजीनियरिंग की पढाई कुछ तो side -effects छोड़ेगी ही !! फिलहाल ऐसा ही हूँ !!

फिर एक नया असमंजस !
बोल भी दूँ .. फिर आस लगाऊं के जवाब आएगा .. और वो भी ‘हाँ ‘..
कितना गलत लगता है ऐसा सोचना भी ..हिंसात्मक ..

अब हमारे वाक्य का आखरी शब्द .. “तुमसे “..
अब ख़याल आया “तुम ” का ..
लो .. ये कैसे मैं भूल रहा हूँ इस पूरे सन्दर्भ में ..
के तुम भी तो उतने ही अद्वितीय हो ..जितना मैं ..
तुम भी तो एक “मैं ” हो ..
तुम्हारी भी तो इतनी ही तीव्र जिज्ञासाएं और इच्छाएं हैं ..भाव हैं
तुम्हारा भी तो उतना ही एक अस्तित्व है जितना के मेरा ..
वो सब जो अपने लिया सोचता हूँ , महसूस करता हूँ ..
ज़ाहिर है के अगर तुमसे प्रेम है ..तो उतना ही तुम्हारे लिए भी सोचूँ ..
या शायद उस से भी ज़्यादा ..
अगर मैं प्रेम हूँ .. तो तुम्हारे होने से ही एक आनंद होना चाहिए भीतर ..
और तुम खुश हो जाओ किसी बात पे ..चाहे वो मैने न कही हो ..
तो भी मुझे और और प्रफुल्लित प्रेम हो जाना चाहिए !! नहीं ?
लीजिये ..असमंजसों के बीच ये एक खुद पे धिक्कार का भाव भी ..
सोने पे सुहागा

अब लगता है ..”वाक्य बनाओ ” का सवाल ..
इतना भी आसान नहीं होता बच्चों के स्कूल की परीक्षा में ..
या कहिये ..सबसे कठिन है शब्द देना एक भाव को .. अगर आप सचमुच सच्चे हैं ..और आपका भाव भी !

Hope you are doing good.

Over past few years, I have met various individuals – school/college students, retired professionals and even working professionals of my age-group (esp from the middle income group) – and I have realized that there are considerable number of creative minds out there who are quite keen, and capable too, about music composition and film making. But at the same time, these people have their own inhibitions in setting their first-step into these domains due to lack of knowledge about these domains.

With this thought, I intend to take up counselling and orientation workshops where I can share whatever information I have with these creative folks. It will essentially be a session where people get to take their first-look at the equipment typically used at an indie home-studio setup, and also discuss about the way ahead, various options to study music and films further, creating a quick music/movie piece hands-on and much more.
